Creating An Inspired Tivoli Residences Brochure
Edama is a leading real estate developer with a project focus in Bahrain. Edamah has an extensive land bank across the kingdom which it develops via master planned and single building developments. All its projects adhere to a development thesis they call ‘catalytic development’. The Tivoli Residences are one such project.
Market Challenges in the Tivoli Residences brochure
Edamah developed a beach destination brand called Bilaj Al Jazayer (‘Jazayer Beach’). The project is now playing host to two new residential projects with brand partnerships with Tivoli and Avani – both, leading global hospitality brands. Tivoli is bringing a 5 star property to the market first, followed by the Avani 4 star property which is likely to come on line in the coming years. Edamah is presenting both to end users and investors via a range of marketing tools including digital and traditional channels.
Creative Strategy for the Tivoli Residences brochure
Our approach was to create set of tools to highlight both projects using a similar structure and approach. We are building out the Tivoli project first and will follow on with the Avani later. Our creative strategy is based on the Bilaj Brand’s ‘Painted Skies’ concept. Bilaj is one of the best locations on the Island to witness a sunset and when the sky is right, there is no better sunset in the world. The painting that lights the skies above you makes your eyes tingle and your soul twitch. We uses this as our core theme for the Tivoli Residences brochure.
Results
A sophisticated Tivoli Residences brochure with classical type set in modernist layouts creates a visually compelling book. The final printed brochure is a tour-de-force of type-lead, classically-contemporary print design. The Tivoli Residences brochure has been finished in meticulously hand-crafted print, using prestige papers, foils and bonded paper finishes. The final units of the Tivoli Residences brochure were very well received by both the CEO and investors too. The client team were both delighted with the final result and their testimonial says it all.
