Creating An Inspired Infracorp Investment Brochure
Infracorp is a leading real estate developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The brand has an extensive land bank across Africa and Asia which it is developing with a range of master planned developments.
Market Challenges
Infracorp has a range of projects which it needs to present to both end users, corporate investors and development partners. The market for real estate in the Middle East is very saturated; Infracorp is now presenting opportunities to Middle Eastern investors in overseas territories. The Infracorp investment brochure is one key tool in building awareness of the opportunities to invest with the firm.
Creative Strategy for the Infracorp Investment Brochure
Our approach was to highlight both continents and the seven projects in a sectional brochure with a clear focus on the pictorial quality of each opportunity. Each project is featured in a double gatefold which discloses a structured information delivery covering the project and its locational setting. As well as locational details, a map provides an overview of the location while a sectional map shows the projects location within a geographical context.
Results
A sophisticated brand with modernist visual aesthetic, the final Infracorp investment brochure is a tour-de-force of type-lead, minimal and contemporary print design. The work has been rendered in a meticulously hand-crafted print using prestige papers, foils and bonded paper finishes. The final units of the Infracorp investment brochure have been very well received both by the Chairman and CEO and investors too. The client team were both delighted with the final result and their testimonial says it all.
